          Here a little project you can make for school aged children or your co-workers. It’s fast, it’s easy and it’s oh so cute too. 

I used the Hearts A Flutter and the Hearts Collections Framelits to make this treat bag topper. I also use Raspberry Ripple 3/8" Satin Stitched Ribbon to tie a little bow on the bottom of the hearts. 
I put the top of the cello bag between the Primrose Petals laser cut heart and  Raspberry Ripple hearts and stapled them together to hold the bag. I then put the Real Red on the back of the laser cut heart and layered the Melon Mambo hearts on top of the Raspberry Ripple heart using Stampin' Dimensionals. The stamped heart is adhered on top of the Primrose Petal heart with Stampin' Dimensionals. You can also check out the little video I did on this project by clicking here
