Build A Blossom - Clear-Mount Stamp

I just love this stamp set (Build A Blossom - Clear-Mount Stamp #121994 Price: $18.95) from the 2011 Occasions Mini Catalog.

I made few cards using the different petal stamps and I just love the way each one is so different. I am so excited to share some of the cards I've made with you and I hope they will inspire you to make a few petal cards too.

Here is one card I made using a few of my favorite colors, Early Espresso card stock 8 1/2" x 11" #119686, Price: $6.95 and So Saffron card stock, 8 1/2" x 11", #105118, Price: $6.95.

I also love this Lattice Stampin' UP! Bigz Die #115958, Price: $21.95
because it brings such elegance to the card. I use a stamp from Curvy Verses #114948, Price: $23.95, but instead of using it in block form, I used the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig #101049, Price: $11.95, and made the sentiment a one liner. I added some Dazzling Diamonds #102023, Price: $4.50 to the center of the flowers and some Basic Pearls Jewel Accents #119247, Price: $4.95, in each corner. The diamonds in the corners are the negatives from the die.

I added a double layer of foam (the negative from the stamp set) to the back of each flower. I curled the petals down which gave it a nice 3-D effect.

Here is a close up of the flower. Don't you just love it? I hope so!

This one I CASED from Dawn because I just love her work. I hope you like my version of this card.

This is the front of the card. I added foam to the bottom of the flower so it could pop up. I then added a
Stampin' Dimensionals #104430, Price: $3.95 to the bottom of each petal then bent up the petal before adhering down to the card. It gave it a 3-D effect. I then added some Dazzling Diamonds #102023, Price: $4.50 to each petal.

This shows the inside of the card which is made to hold a gift card. So when you open the card, it will pop up with the gift card. Cute, don't you think?

This is the side view of the card to show you what the inside of the card looks like. It's a little bit bulky so it will cost you more to mail it. You might want to had deliver it so your flower doesn't get smashed in the mail.

Well, I hope you like my cards and I'm sorry it's been so long since I last posted anything. I will try to do better in the future.
