When you book a Stampin' Up! workshop in the from July 27, 2010 to August 31, 2010 and your party is $350 or more, you will receive $25 more in Hostess Product Money.

In other words, when your workshop party is $350 or more, you will normally receive $40 in free product as well as either a level 1 or level 2 Hostess gift.

2010 Stampin' Up! Convention

Well, it’s been a few days since the Stampin’ Up 2010 Convention has ended and my head is still spinning with all the stuff I saw there and the wonderful new products. Since this was my very first Stampin’ Up convention, I took probably over 1,00 pictures of all the wonderful cards that were on display. I hope that I will have time in my life to make a least a few of them.
I have to say that Shelli (Stampin’ Up’s CEO is a very down to earth person and I am so glad that I got to meet her in person.

I showed Shelli the card that I made for the convention showcase and she really liked it. I had her sign it since I decided I was not going to give it away or sell it. It took me a long time to make it so I think I’ll be keeping it for a while.

This is the front of my card

This is the inside of the card. You cannot see it very good here, but it is a 3-D card. When opened, the card stands up and the two bears stand up with the palm tree behind them and the moon behind the tree.

Well, I hope you like my card. I will try to get some more pictures up from convention. you just have to see the wonderful talent we have here in Stampin’ Up!

Update on my July Stamp Camp workshop

I have been so busy with getting ready for 2010 Stampin' Up Convention that I forgot about posting my Stamp Camp pictures here. 
 It was a very successful workshop and everyone had fun. We not only made four cards, but we played 'Stamp' bingo. The winners won a 2009-2010 Idea and Catalog book as well as other catalogs.
The first card we made was what I call the Triangle-Square card

 In addition to this card, I showed everyone how to make 6 cards out of two card stocks (Two different colors) and two white card stock. I gave everyone the supplies and they used their imagination to make the cards.

July 2010 Stamp Camp Workshop

I am gearing up for my last summer Stampin' Up Stamp Camp workshop for 2010 so I hope you will be able to attend.
We will be doing at least 3 make and takes all in the Tropical theme. I will show you how to make three cards using only one color card stock and one white card stock. I will also be demonstrating an awesome card that opens in two different directions.
The cost of my July 2010 Stamp Camp workshop will be $10.00, however you can receive a $5.00 refund just by placing at least a $25.00 order with me during the workshop. If you place a $50.00 order, you will receive a full refund of your class fee.
I will also be letting you know about the new 'Clubs' I will be starting. One club will be the 'Markers Club'. This club you will be able to purchase a full set of all the new and returning colors.
