Another long day

Today I got up at 3am because I was in so much pain. I got up and took my pain pill but the pain was so bad that the medicine didn't help much. I waited a few hours and took another pain pill, but it was a different one that is not as strong but is suppose to help with break through pain. It only helped a little. I guess it's going to be a very long day and a painful one at that. I hate all this pain.
